Available methods of booking an appointment: in person, online or through phone call. Preferred method of booking the appointment: online. 2. Visit cancellation or changing its date is possible a minimum of 24h before the visit. 3. The saloon uses the electronic calendar provided by Versum company, which enables clients to book appointments online. 4. Available services and their prices are given on the website: www.beautydog.versum.com and demonstratively on saloon’s page: https://www.facebook.com/beautydog.uk 5. If a price next to service’s name is the framework price, e.g. £32 -36, it’s the groomer who will decide after the service what amount the client will pay when collecting the dog. 6. The prices, which are given next to service’s name are binding prices. 7. The prices, which are given next to the ‘Book’ button - are deposit prices, and not the full amount that needs to be paid for the service. 8. Deposit - is not returned in case of: 8.1. client not arriving to the visit despite the sms sent through the system automatically, which reminds of a visit 8.2. client cancels the visit on last-minute 9. If the visit was booked online,and the client didn’t pay the deposit (even though the website. Gives him that possibility) and won’t come for the visit (not cancelling it) - he will be forced to pay the deposit when booking next visits in the saloon. 10. When booking an appointment on a specific time the client has responsibility to arrive on it punctually. Permissible time for being late is a maximum of 15 minutes. If that time gets exceeded, saloon has the right to refuse to perform a service and will not return the deposit. 11. Silence and calmness should be kept in the waiting room. It’s often that children want to walk the dog to the saloon with their parents/carers. As much as I enjoy contact with the youngest dog owners, I’d like to ask you to take into consideration that it cannot be loud in the resting room. Little children are distracting for the dog and the groomer works with sharp tools. During the visit please organise your time with the child outside the saloon. 12. The time needed to carry out the service is always given in the description. I’d like to ask clients to not look into the haircut room. It distracts both the dog and the groomer. 13. The dog should fulfill its physiological needs before the visit. Saloon has the right to charge an additional fee if the dog will do its business in there. This fee would be £2 high. 14. In the salon I only provide comprehensive services, so it is not possible to cut without bathing. 15. Bi***es in the heat/oestrus time will not be receiving an appointment. 16. Every dog should have valid vaccinations against rabies. 17. The owner has the responsibility to inform about any dog’s health issues and problems. 18. When it comes to skin infections groomer has the right to refuse carrying out the service and demand a payment in the amount of deposit for the reserved time. 19. If the owner decided to carry out the care treatments for his/her dog, who is sick - the groomer takes no responsibility for deterioration of dog’s health. 20. Any suggestions and complaints according to the service that was carried out saloon will accept within 24h. 21. Detected insects are removed on the owner’s cost. The price for such service will be set individually. Its cost will be affected by the amount of insects and cosmetics used to get rid of them. 22. Saloon is tidied up regularly and tools are disinfected. 23. For the time of the visit the dog stays in the haircut room alone with the groomer. Only in special situations the owner may be asked to assist. There are no pharmacological agents or violence used in the saloon in order to calm the dog down. 24. If dog’s behaviour (e.g. excessive activity, biting) doesn’t allow to carry out the service -groomer has the right to resign and charge the whole amount for the service. 25. Basic services and prices that are listed on the website don’t include felted and matted fur. In such cases the rice is set up individually. Booking the appointment and leaving the dog in the saloon means the acceptance of all the points in the saloon regulations.Our services
