Yesterday, this little dog desperately needed a bath after going on a muddy walk at the weekend. Look how reluctant he is to come near me. He's cowering under the table & acting like he's expecting some kind of torture treatment from me. You know what it's like when you bring your dog to me for a groom....some come bounding in like they are my long lost friend and shower me with cuddles and kisses, but more come in acting like this little dog in the video.
💙THE DOG IN THIS VIDEO IS MINE💙
I adore him, dote on him, give him everything i think his heart desires and outside of the grooming environment, his main goal in life is to be my bestest friend in the whole world ❤️
So I guess the reason for posting this is to illustrate that even though there is so much mutual love between Quinn & I, he still makes me feel really guilty when it comes to bathing him. Regardless of how well he is treated, he will avoid me like the plaque If it means he gets out of having a bath, so please don't worry if you drop your dog off and they act this way. It's not a reflection of my relationship with them or how they are treated, they are all given love like they are my own whilst they are with me & i make them as happy as possible throughout 🥰....(I know you all know this and trust me, hence why you bring your dogs to me) but, it just sums up how some dogs brains work and they mostly all settle down and relax into their grooms. I liken it to when I go to the dentist...I have the nicest dentist ever, but your never going to catch me skipping into the practice for my check up, I'm just not that keen on the process 🤷♀️
Have a look at the other video & photo in the comments.....it just shows perfectly how different he acts when there's no shampoo involved 🤣❤️
Good old brotherly game of Bitey Face, the loser has to get in the bath first 😆🩵🩵
Don't worry Kenny, I won't tell everyone your a big softie 🤭 🥰
