Loved every session this week. 6 hours of Yoga 😮 The most I have done so far! I cannot get enough of it 😂 So rewarding. I cannot deny it is tuff at times but I will always put my all in this training as it will get me closer to my goal, gets me stronger, more flexible and it makes me smile ❤️ It helps to have a Posture Queen who knows a lot about Posture but same about Yoga and the human anatomy! It is more than “Just” Yoga. It is like committing to be trained by the best of the best 👌 Gold Star ⭐ She has it all… Knowledge, amazing teaching skills, empathy but also guides each person to be the best version of themselves. THANK YOU 🙏 NAMASTE 🫶

I cannot stress enough the importance of enrichment games for your dogs to not only avoid unwanted behaviour but to help enrich their minds and bonding.

Giving them lots of love and cuddles is not enough!

There is a great book (Free) in kindle that explains things in detail.
