Dave loving life on the trails running with the mountain bike. I love how he steers off for a splash in the water but is always looking back to check in 😍🙌🏼
Mr Arlo & his human Emma enjoyed a little Canicross session with me this morning. Arlo is already super keen to pull & go out front so we thought he would do well at Canicross, we weren’t wrong 🚀😅
He was a little superstar… not phased by overtaking, done well listening to Emma. Now he just has to do his homework ready for when he joins the big kids in a few weeks time 👏🏼

Dave went for a run with Kev this morning as my legs are still recovering from Sundays event 🤪
Dave loves Kev, they’ve ran & raced together a few times now, he knows he can shift gear & go that bit faster with him! Here we have turbo Dave 💨
Dave loved running alongside & in front of the bike this morning, he kept looking back to check in with me. Of course he had to stop for a mid run splash around 💦 He’s a lab after all 😂
Dave being a little social butterfly loved running with others tonight at a social group run. We took the job of tail runners so we held back a bit & enjoyed some sprints!
His focus tonight was brilliant 👌🏼
Something new for Dave today, free running with the bike and he absolutely LOVED it!
Mixing up exercises for dogs & offering a variety of locations & speeds aswel as throwing some training in is so good for them 🙌🏼
Lovely Canicross class with James & his Siberian Husky Pacco today. Once we got some kit fitted we took to the trails.
Pacco was a natural & true to his breed he enjoyed leading the way 👌🏼
