We require the minimum of 24 HOURS notice - if customers need to cancel appointments or a 100% of the missed groom price will be charged & a 50% deposit will be required to re-book.

🐾 We are a small independent business - a missed appointment has a huge financial impact.

🐾 This may give us the opportunity to offer the space to another customer.

🐾 Increase cost of business over heads means we rely on filling every appointment for the salon.

If you require to move or change your appointment please call us and we will do our best to provide you with a suitable alternative.

If your pet has been to the vets recently and the treatment prevents the coat being washed or getting wet - please inform us at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment as this will need to be rearranged.

We can’t groom your pet if the coat can’t be washed or shampooed. Using scissors or clipper blades on an unwashed coat damages our equipment.
