After my day in the salon I went to deliver some treats & a cash donation to Emma for animals in need. Cash was donated by a friend at work who chose to do this instead of secret Santa 🧑‍🎄 (what a kind thing to do).
Just knowing I can make a difference for a lovely animal/animals at Xmas is such a lovely feeling.

Sometimes all you need is a bath n tidy!!
Mav loves to be on the building site with his Dad & gets very dirty. We find doing a mid groom really helps to prevent horrible matts in his paws & helps his skin.
He’s so affectionate & I had lots of kisses 💙

Ivy is a shih-tuz and came in for her first pamper. As you can imagine Ivy wanted to play, not be groomed. Despite this we managed to give her a little tidy up, getting her used to this at a young age is so important. Ivy did so well 🥰✂️🐾

This gorgeous Cavalier came in for her first pamper session. She was quite unsure of most things. She was given treats throughout to reward her positive behaviours. He coat is now super soft and so shiny.
I like to end the last part of the first groom on a positive. Daisy chose to have a cuddle & almost fell asleep 😁💕

Here’s Tony’s before and after pictures. I think we can all agree this is such a transformation 💙
Tony is not used to the grooming process & quite frightened of the equipment. I had to groom him in stages, doing only what he could cope with.He did really well & didn’t seem phased by the scissors ✂️
I got some lovely kisses whilst grooming him, so I think we are still friends 😁 🐾🐶

Reg has been coming to the salon for a while now & it’s safe to say he’s not a fan of the grooming process.
Today we had the most amazing session, although we didn’t manage to get a before photo we did get this cute after photo 😍
I think Reg is definitely trusting me. I managed to groom his face properly 😁 and even clip out his paw pads 🐾
His owner said I have “turned him around” 😁

Freddy is a tiny cocker spaniel, isn’t he so cute ? He’s a ripe old age of 10yrs, recently rehomed & has settled into his forever home perfectly 💙
He was having a full pamper today & it was clearly quite tiring. I made sure to let Freddy have a rest when he indicated.Hes super placid & took it all in his stride ✂️🐾🥰
