If you haven’t seen our email, we now have a mobile number where you can either ring, text or WhatsApp us! Our messages through our booking system have been quite unreliable lately, with us not receiving some of your messages or yourselves not receiving some of ours.

We will be sending messages via this number instead of our booking system, which we normally use, so please do not reply to the number you get your reminder texts from.

‼️ NO SHOWS ‼️

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but we’ve had quite a few no-shows this month. I really don’t want to complain, but with our long waiting list of people eager to get their pups groomed, it’s super frustrating for both me and Sarah when we don’t hear from those who can’t make their appointment. If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible! There are plenty of pups who would love to fill that spot, especially since it’s our busiest time of year. Thank you!

Sorry to complain! Hope everyone is getting in their festive spirit, less than a week until Christmas!! 🎄
