337 days in rescue. That’s how long Freya has spent waiting for her forever home to come along. 💔
Freya was found dumped, September last year with her siblings in a box. she was estimated around 8 weeks old which would now make her just over a year old.

If you are looking to add to your fluffle or looking for a partner for your single rabbit please consider registering your interest in Freya.
She’s the most beautiful rabbit with an outgoing personality. She adores her space and her food and is overall a really lovely girl. She’s super clean with her litter habits and really friendly towards people. She tends to prefer that you don’t stroke her but sometimes she will come over to you for a head stroke if you are slow with her.
Freya is one of my favourite buns at the rescue, and I know she would just make an incredible addition to almost any family. 💜
She’s is fully vaccinated and spayed.

Thunder has had his vet check with our own vets. They suspect he has previously broken his hock/ ankle before we had him so as its healing on its own ( even though its not how it should be ) they have said rest and painrelief for another 4 weeks. As for the future, he may have one leg shorter than the other and we will just see how he goes.

Looks like poor Thunder was possibly dumped due to this.

Thunder is off to the vets tomorrow to have his leg checked out by our vets ( it was checked by the vet surgery who took him in so he has been cage rested and on painrelief since)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed it isn't anything too serious as it would be lovely to bring him out of cage rest soon so he can adventure out into our garden. He does use the leg but often lifts it up and wobbles around.

Oh Thunder.......He has the hump with me because I cleaned out his pen.

He is still resting his leg and on painrelief. Not knowing his history due to being a stray, he sometimes wants to say Hello but most of the time he is very wary.

Little Lucky thought she would make an appearance today.

Due to Hamsters awake/ sleeping patterns we don't see Lucky everyday ( although we may hear her move around in her bed)......We make the most of the times we see her so we let her out to explore, have some attention, give her treats and of course have a mini health check.

Poor Arthur has been back to the vets again, this time for his eye sight and breathing to be checked. He's been poorly for most of his 2 years but recently it's been constant vet visits and tests.

Hello,

My name is Thunder and although Emma isn't taking anymore bunnies in she couldn't help but save my life. I'm what they call an unclaimed stray at a vets, my 7 days were up and my previous owner didn't come forward 😢

At the moment I'm indoors and on cage rest due to a limp, the vet advised painrelief and rest so I'm hoping this helps and I don't need xrays ( I've heard Emma say something like if I do need xrays etc she may have to ask people for donations to help with the costs)

I'm not sure at the moment my future as to whether I stay with Emma & her son Jaylen or get adopted once everything's all sorted but for now I'm being very spoilt and happy where I am.

I'm putting a plea out there too because if Emma hadn't squeezed me in my story would have been very different, Emma collected me with just under 2hrs before this could have been my fate. Most rescues are over full and vets can't keep strays for lengthy times so sadly often euthanasia is the only option so please please adopt from rescues where we can help educate you on a pet and help get you the best match, also your saving two lives......the adopted one and the one needing a rescue space.
