It’s not very often that we have feline visitors in the shop but look at this basket of goodness 😍

These little angels popped in to see us last week. The last time we saw them they were just 8 days old and unfortunately, had just lost their mum to an unknown illness. However, they were born in the home of the most amazing family who have spent the last seven weeks dedicating almost every minute of every day (and night!) making sure they thrived. Bottle feeding, bathing and cleaning up a lot of poo!

A perk of being a small independent business is that it doesn’t take much for your regular customers to become your good friends.

However, something that will always be super special to us is when we find out customers have travelled across town just to visit our store.

Our little trio of mice have found their new home in Moulton today and our cheeky guinea pig brothers have travelled all the way over to Rothwell. Both to the loveliest of families 🥰

We also have to mention the gorgeous, super sleepy, nine week old Isla who popped in for the first time. She was treated to some puppy teething toys, some suitable healthy chews and the ever important, poo bags. We look forward to watching her grow 🐶

A little bit of cuteness for today 🥰

Buffy the poodle came in to say hello sporting her wings.
6 month old Dash came in for a new collar and lead set.
Our gorgeous little lop bunny went off to her new home to be a friend for their other rabbit.
And finally Ziggy wearing his pumpkin bandana with style after having his bath and haircut.

We had a little visitor at the weekend 🥰

Thankfully I had some hedgehog food at home as this little one was abit on the smaller side and seemed grateful for some grub.

It is always a worry to spot the smaller hogs out this time of year but the British Hedgehog Preservation Society have some fab advice on their website. Link in the post below.
