I've had a wonderful Summer teaching some very talented dogs and their handlers. It's been such an amazing experience to see the confidence growing in both the dogs and their handlers. I've been lucky to have such a lovely group of humans attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions both 1 to 1 or in small groups. Using reward based training only and at a pace to suit each individual.

A few dogs and handlers have been out at shows recently and have had their own personal successes. Mandy and Bailey showing much more confidence in the ring and around the show environment, well done Mandy. Viv and Bebe, gaining confidence and developing their relationship in a show environment, becoming a real team and working as a partnership, congratulations on their recent places and 1st place at Bee Happy. James and Ottis have come a long way, a fast little dog who James works hard to navigate courses with, congratulations on your win and places.
As always I am super proud of everyone who trains with me, your achievements big or small are amazing. From those of you who came to me with dogs that would not come back and are now running full courses and dogs who were worried and anxious that are now so much more relaxed and enjoying every minute working with their handler around an agility course.
Thank you for entrusting me to train your amazing dogs and yourselves.

Squelch Squerch Squelch Squerch... Sadly this is why the field has been unusable for 3 months, BUT with some sun 🌞 and the odd bit of rain it may hold for a little agility this weekend?

Just when I thought agility could begin again... RAIN, WET, MUDDY, SLIPPY, I am sorry but until the rain stops and the saturated ground dries out I am unable to use the agility field safely. I'm devastated but hoping March will bring drier weather. Thank for bearing with me. Regards Donna
