Hi, my name is Lucy Packer and I have owned and run Grasscroft Animal Care in Long Buckby since 2015. I have over 25 years experience as a pet owner of both small and large animals. I love my job

and treat all my furry, hairy and scaly clients like my own. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly dog walker or pet sitter then look no further! I know that you worry about your pets while you are at work or on holiday so let me help take the stress out of your day with one of my bespoke services to help your pet live its best life. I specialise in fun filled pack walks for dogs in the local countryside. After gentle introductions, your dog will be able to socialise in a specially selected group of doggy friends, whist burning off lots of energy. Whist walking I do basic training, play games and visit lots of different places, to keep those doggy senses stimulated. Its the perfect way to keep your dog happy and fulfilled when your time is short. Within the pack I can accommodate lots of different personalities. There is always plenty of space for the dogs to spread out or play together under my constant supervision to manage the group. The walks are sometimes very playful and sometimes just a quiet stroll depending on the different characters in the pack. There are always copious amounts of treats and positive reinforcement for good behavior. I offer 30 mins, 1hr & 1/2 day pack walks which start from the time we arrive at the walk. We can cover 2-4 miles. Included is collection & drop off in my air conditioned, comfortable warm car, poo bags, training treats, clean down and towel dry if needed, fresh water and treats upon return. I walk up to 6 dogs in a pack. All dogs have a trial period to ensure suitability in their group. No aggressive dogs will be accepted. Un-spayed or un-castrated dogs are walked at my discretion. I also offer Solo walks (30 mins/1hr/ 2hr) Home visits for all animals, Equine care, Pet taxi, Nail clipping & Event Chaperone Service. My range of services give you peace of mind that your animals are in the best of hands when you cannot be there for them. DBS checked, fully insured, references available upon request. Our Story

Est. 4 years in Long Buckby, Grasscroft Animal Care specialises in looking after your pets when you cannot. We know that you worry about your pets while you are at work so let us take the stress out of your day and take your dog for a nice long walk or a play in our secure paddock or simply your own garden. We can walk in groups or alone if you would prefer. We also look after your dog or other animals in the comfort of your own home, or ours when you are away for a long day, evening or weekend with our pop-in service. 15 or 30 minute appointments to your home to fuss, water or feed your fluffies. I can also administer medication and do other odd jobs, water plants, put the bins out etc. My name is Lucy Packer and I am qualified in Animal Care, Welfare & Management with years experience as a pet owner of both small and large animals. I can offer a service which gives you peace of mind that your animals are in the best of hands when you cannot be there for them. DBS checked and fully insured, references available.
