ONE TO ONE TRAINING
At The Happy Hounds Northwich, we always use one to one training sessions - from 8 week old puppies up to the more senior members of your family!
As much as some dogs cope well with group sessions, we want you to get the most out of what you pay for! So the hour you pay for is spent focused on your dog, not your dog and seven other dogs!
This allows us to get a better understanding of exactly what’s going wrong, and what’s going right with you and your four legged friend - and means we can see your pooch in their regular surroundings and habitat because let’s be honest, if someone stuck me in a room with lots of other people to talk to, cakes and comfy couches everywhere - I don’t think I’d be focusing much, but we expect puppies to behave surrounded by other dogs they want to play with, treats they want to eat, squeaky toys, blankets… Essentially puppy heaven!
But don’t worry! We do offer socialisation sessions, with dogs who’s behaviour we’ve assessed to make sure your best friend is kept safe, while still learning some of the most important skills they need!
Not only can we help with socialisation, we also offer basic puppy pack courses, recall training, general and advanced obedience, gundog/field work, and much much more!

The girl that started Happy Hounds 💕
I really don’t know where I’d be without my Ellie dog - from the day I got her I knew I never wanted her to leave my side, and so I needed a job where I’d still have plenty of time to spend with my girl!
I was already used to spending most of the day walking Ellie, so I thought why not start dog walking? I’d be running my own business, and managing my own hours to make sure I had plenty of time spare to spend with her…
This led to the creation of The Happy Hounds Northwich, my dog walking, pet sitting and dog training service - and it’s safe to say I’m glad I did it! 🐾💕
