Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of meeting 282 clients and their dogs this year. Totalling 682 appointments. Some of which were for multiple dogs ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ.

Itโ€™s been fun, arduous, sad and emotional at times but an absolute amazing challenge during what was a tough personal year for our family too. Iโ€™ve met so many lovely people and pups. The hard work is worth it.

Winnie (chocolate/tan) had her first ever groom today and did fantastic. Lily is the shyer of the two and needed some matts removing from her coat. Her owner said she doesnโ€™t like her rear or ears being touched so we worked on that during bath time. Massaging to desensitise her to my touch and allowing her to realise she was in safe hands. Such lovely girlsโ€ฆ this is them after their grooms waiting for pick up.

Iโ€™ve been grooming Maggie for over a year now and sheโ€™s an absolute sweetheart. Intelligent and so cuddly! Sheโ€™s not afraid to tell me if she doesnโ€™t like something either so Iโ€™m impressed she let me clean her teeth today. Her derriรจre and feet were once a โ€˜No-Goโ€™ area but now sheโ€™ll happily let me groom her and has sparkling teeth! Love you very much Maggie ๐Ÿ’œ xx
