Welcome to Ginger & Browns, We are far more than just a pet store; we are a service that allows you and your animals to benefit directly from our knowledge and experience. We have hand-picked our products because they are high quality, natural, ethical, and sourced locally or within the UK where possible. However, most importantly, we have selected our products with you, your dogs, cats, and your local wildlife at the heart of our decisions. We will give you an entirely different experience when you visit us in store, and offer you products you never knew were essential. We want to help you to make informed choices about the products that you purchase from us and we do not simply stock our shelves with mainstream brands. We are abandoning the label of pet shop, the image of a cluttered, dark, stale store, with staff often offering incorrect, unethical or dangerous advice. Instead, we are bringing pet and wildlife care in line with modern living. But our store was just the start of our plans; since opening our doors we have also created our store online, and launched Tail Mail - our subscription service for dogs, allowing you to benefit from Ginger&Browns where ever you are in the country! Supporting other small and, where possible, local businesses is core to our ethos, and means our products have a lower carbon footprint, but we want to go further than just supporting other small businesses. We want to give back to our community, and particularly strive to support projects however we can, which we believe will benefit UK pets and wildlife. So come and meet us!
