Doggie Daycare Welcome to Cheshire Tails Daycare and Grooming.

We are a family run local business in the Northwich area and are passionate about dogs.

Cheshire Tails provides a fun and safe environment for your beloved pet to play, socialise and relax.

Our centre also provides on-site grooming where your pooch can be pampered.

As we prepare to close daycare for the Christmas holidays, we are still non the wiser who is coming in or not on the 2nd and 3rd of January.

As a small business and large overheads, plus staff who will have to work on these 2 days, we will now just assume that if you are a Thursday and Friday client, you will be in these days??

If not, please let us know by tomorrow.

If you are not attending , with notice in advance, then the non attendance fee will be £12 per missed day.

If you just don’t attend with no notice, full payment will be required.

I will also be chasing for historical non payments tomorrow. Please can you ensure that these are cleared by Friday the 20th of December. Thank you 🙏

*** GENTLE REMINDER ***

We will be closing on Friday the 20th of December until Thursday the 2nd of January 2025.

We apologise if this will cause any disruption or any further issues for your pups day to day care 😢

The staff work tirelessly throughout the whole year and in awful weather conditions, and the cold 🥶

The Christmas season is the only time they are able to be home with their families with no interference from ME 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣

If any pups need to come in on the 2nd and 3rd, instead of their usual days, please let us know ASAP as these spaces will get filled up fast

For those who have direct debits set up, I will contact you regarding this personally

Please can we ask that all payments outstanding from October, November and December are cleared and paid before the 20th of December. December is a challenging month due to the shut down 🙂

It’s that time of year again already! 🎅🏻🎄Get your pooch booked in so they’re fresh and ready for the festivities 🎁 We recommend you book in on your dogs final day of daycare before they break up for Christmas🎄All of our pampers include, a bath, dry, nail trim and a good brush out. Comment if you’re interested for a price for your dog! 🫶🏻
