Waking up and thinking of everything that needs to be done, the first thing is to ask for your help, again.

We have cats booked to travel to us this week and next but we really need help to pay for their transport to safety.

I just wanted to explain a little why me and Kelly Hare are focusing on getting them over. On our most recent trip we met all the cats at Ps Botosani they live in a small cabin which was funded and put up by the volunteers, of which there are 3. 3 volunteers for 800+ souls. The shelter staff have nothing to do with the cats, the volunteers feed them, cuddle them amd care for them. They are sociable, loving and clean cats; they make perfect pets!

We were told that they aren't allowed to stay, the authorities want the cats gone and any day it could be the day they say the cats are out today. The winters in Romania are so cold, way below freezing and cats literally perish. Even in the cabin they are at risk as there is no heating.

We must try our hardest to get them here, to be fostered and adopted into homes where they will be looked after. We really need you all to help with sending any donation that you possibly. It all adds up it really does!

5 years ago, I met a family at a local park. They were interested in my foster dog, Benny. He was rescued from a shelter with a twisted leg, and his owner had left him there. We clicked immediately, and I knew they were the right home for a damaged soul with a kind heart. Over 5 years, we have become best friends, and they love Benny so much! He's a very old man now, and it would be amazing for you all to buy the book and read his story while he's still here 🐕 ❤️

We all had a lovely time at the secure field! Snowy got some time without his muzzle before Pascal joined. Lots of rough and tumble with these giants, so taking breaks and walking on lead to keep things cool really helps. Mostly, it's just awesome to have a space to yourselves and let the dogs relax

It been such a beautiful sunny day today! These two had a great run around the field playing chase with each other. When I met Sonny, he growled at me until he realised that I wouldn't rush him or touch him until he wanted me to. After only about 5 to 10 minutes, he was on the sofa next to me! Marla came from Romania and adopted through . Today, w saw her foster parents who were overjoyed to see how happy she is in her forever home with her canine brother 💙

I am starting to raise the funds for the black greyhound to travel! 🥳

She is now named Temperance, Tempy for short. The art of making good decisions in order to live a successful life is something we can all have in mind and I just so happen to know a very determined young lady with the same name.

It's been an eventful day! Beautiful start to the day at a secure field with a friend and dogs. A missing dog who is now home, phew! A couple of solo walks, one behavioural visit, and finally some kitten cuddles!

Lovely Frazzle has come to stay. This gorgeous guy is super cuddly and loves his walks. He was living at Crivatu private shelter when I was there, so it's lovely to have him at home and to be able to take him on walks. Beautiful Beau ❤️ This long-legged babe was so nervous when we first met, but she just loves her walks with her sister Arrow and a select couple of other canine companions. She is particularly fond of the other Romanian boys, surprise surprise! She always greets me with kisses and can't wait to get in the van. We still use a long yellow lead as she can be nervous around new people, and it may cause her to bolt if she feels scared. There are so many safety tools that are useful for nervous rescue dogs.

What a lovely way to start the day! Buddy is an energetic boy who loves his walks. Today, we went with 5 of his friends, and they all had a great time! The toadstools are coming out, and it is feeling a bit magical at the woods. Buddy is still awaiting his perfect home offer, but it's lovely to be able to take him out to experience nature and socialise. My Blossom 🌸 with her new toy. Slimer was one of her many nicknames, along with the juggernaut and Hippo. I've included a pic of her taken while at the private shelter in Butimanu, which she was in before travelling to England. Blossom was hugely overweight due to lack of exercise and eating far more than her fair share of the food! She is originally from Braila public shelter, a really nasty place. Am very glad she is now happy, and she runs around off lead every day with her canine companions

Oh Solomon, I couldn't love you more ❤️ I have known this boy since he was 8 months old when I went to collect him and his sister on behalf of because their adopter couldn't cope with two untouchable puppies. She had done her best by them and knew they needed rehabilitation, so we took them on, and Solomon came to me for foster. He is not without his issues, but he and I have absolute trust. He really loves his walks with his foster brother Athos. Seeing him today, playing in the sunshine, was very emotional for me. Solomon was born in the public shelter in Botosani that we were at last week, and it is unimaginable that he could have ended up stuck there, untouchable for life like so many others

This big chap had such a lovely walk in the sunshine today☀️ As Snowy is so large, I take him on solo walks to make it as stress free as possible. Today, we had such a relaxing walk and he enjoyed strolling about, sniffing, and enjoying some rays.

Spent some quality time with the big man Tarzan this morning. This amazing dog just makes my heart burst cause I love him so much. There are almost 70 dogs here and they are all so individual and special in their own way. Tarzan is pure Rottweiler in every way, strong, powerful and so handsome 😍 Plus look at those teeth!

These puppies were born in the shelter in May and are already getting bigger than their Mum, Tia. They absolutely love people and give the best greeting when you go in their pen. Bunch of total cuties who will make amazing pets ❤️
