Unfortunately, following an incident today, I have been forced to post something I never thought I'd have to write.
I have a 15-minute leeway for being late per dog before marking as a 'no show'. I don't expect to be spoken to rudely and told my service is unprofessional. I work hard and do my absolute best to provide the best service I can to yourselfs and lovely dogs.
You will be asked to leave if you're speaking to me rudely 😔
