Another unusual catfish, this time a plec. We have 2 of these. They came in as rusty plecs but they have different markings (they’re spotted). They are obviously closely related to rusty, as apart from the markings they are very similar. If you want an unusual ‘rusty’ plec get in touch as these may be a one off batch.
Now here’s a catfish you don’t see very often these days, the horsehead pim cat (Goeldella eques)..A peaceful but predatory cat that grows to about 25cm. 3 in stock now.

Looking for a pretty fish for a nano aquarium? Pearl emerald rasbora could be perfect. Peaceful, easy to feed , only growing to an inch and with highly variable patterns (they are a hybrid between galaxy and emerald rasboras). We currently have some stunning large ‘giant demansoni’ cichlids in store ( pseudotropheus sp. ‘Dolphin Manda’). Despite being African rock dwelling cichlids these are normally peaceful enough to keep in a open water cichlid aquarium.
