🐾 🐕 The angel that is Tess moved over from our Barking Mad Suffolk family ahead of her 2025 holidays 🐾

I think you can tell she settled in brilliantly - both host family and Tess enjoyed cuddles, playtime, beach walks and more cuddles 🥰

We cannot wait to have her back 💜

Please help Charlie 💜

My friends sweet angel:

“We rescued Charlie 2.5 weeks ago from a friend of ours who was fostering him after being taken from a family who didn’t have the time or the love to give him.
He is 4 and the most gentle and lovable little soul. He loves to play and his best game is giving lots of kisses. he has fitted into our family like our missing piece.
Unfortunately last Friday he all of a sudden was struggling to walk and was in considerable pain. After a few days of pain relief, we thought it was getting better until today (Wednesday) when he lost nearly all ability to walk and was crying in pain.
We have had to take him to a specialist in Cambridge for emergency treatment. Unfortunately our insurance only covers £4,000 and the bill is going to come to in excess of £5,500.
Having taken him into our home only 2.5 weeks ago this had jot been on our radar and we just cannot afford to cover the remaining £1,500 to save his life.
Please, if you have a couple of £ to spare to help put towards his lifesaving surgery, you would be helping Charlie live to find what a proper, loving and happy household is.

We are revving up for my favourite Monday of the year!
The Aylsham Show, celebrating the very best of food and farming in our balmy county, Norfolk. ☀️
Run entirely by volunteers who give up their precious time to raise thousands for all sorts of charities, the show is held at Blickling Park, just outside Aylsham on:

🎪 Monday 26th August, gates open from 8.30am
🎟️ Tickets available from in the farm shop or online.

You can enjoy our wonderful food market, meet wonderful local producers and taste some real goodies.
Plus you can ride the land train around the showground (for free), and soak up the best of Norfolk. It's a special sort of day out with family and friends and to hear a bit more you can listen in live as I talk to from 10am tomorrow!

This smiley angel successfully passed his trial sleepover with his amazing hosts; enjoying cuddles, walks and sunbathing ahead of his summer holiday soon!

*REHOMING*

I have been informed that this lovely Chug (Chihuahua x Pug) is looking for his forever home and in need of rehoming.

🐾 he currently lives with 2 other chihuahuas and they just never bonded. After trying for a few years now, the owner has come to the difficult decision that the 3 dogs just aren’t working together and it’s time to find a forever home.

🐾 he loves all dogs so could be rehomed with another dog (as long as that dog likes him)

🐾 he gets on with children but more so older children as can find younger ones a bit much for him

🐾 he has a group dog walker so gets on with dogs, loves playing with them as well as cuddling them.

🐾 he is up to date with vaccinations and no know. Health concerns

🐾 he will be 4 in September

🐾 he is neutered

🐾 🏖️ Beach trips, forest walks, pub visits and sofa napping in front of the TV… you think I’d be describing the perfect staycation for you but this is the holiday Maggie has just had with her amazing Barking Mad hosts!

We just love seeing returning customers and Maggie always puts a smile on our face and I think you can see, she was very happy too! 🐾 😃
