What an absolutely EPIC weekend at Crufts at the NEC in Birmingham with my incredible work bestie, Sophie! 🎉
For years, Sophie has been dying to go, and even though I was a little reluctant at first, im SO glad we did!
And let's be honest, any excuse for a dog grooming shopping spree is a good one, right?! 😉
We shopped until our arms and feet were screaming, discovering amazing new products for the salon – I can't wait to try them out!
Huge thanks to Sophie for her amazing driving skills getting us there and back safely!
We had such a laugh, met some truly lovely people, and felt so inspired by the passion of everyone we encountered.
One of the highlights was meeting the most wonderful and knowledgeable Jack Russell breeder at Discover Dogs. Those puppies were just… chef's kiss! 🐶
Now, I'm officially battling some serious puppy fever, and my poor husband is probably bracing himself! 😂
Beyond the shopping and adorable puppies, it was so important to connect with fellow dog groomers and meet up with some very special friends.
Who haven't seen in a while. ♥️
Whether you're the groomer down the road or on the other side of the world, we're all in this together! It's crucial that we support and lift each other up, share our knowledge, and strive to make our industry as professional as possible.
Because at the end of the day we all put the honest hard working and nobody needs negativity in their workspace.

Meet Waffle the Wonder Dog! 🐶✨
Waffle came in for a groom, and while she had some matting, she was a true champion! 🏆
We adjusted her grooming schedule to ensure she gets the TLC she deserves more often.
Waffle has a coat that requires a bit of extra attention, so we gave her a shorter, easier-to-manage style.
We also made some adjustments around her face to prevent those pesky knots from forming.
Today's groom might have been a bit of a challenge, but Waffle was an absolute star! 🌟
She was so patient and well-behaved, making the whole experience a joy.
A friendly reminder to all dog parents:
Regular brushing at home is key to keeping your furry friends happy and knot-free! 🐾
Even a few minutes of brushing each day can make a big difference.
