As these guys have all completed and moved on to our next class we have a few spaces in our puppy class at the moment!

Second Day at All About Dogs Show saw another 14 dogs and handlers pass their Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Bronze award! 60 dogs in total tested across both days 🐶🐶 Special shout out to the 10:30am group who ALL passed!!

Skeyton K9 Dog Training will be running the Bronze Test at the show on Sunday 29th and Monday 30th August, which involves a series of simple exercises to test good control of your dog together with responsible ownership.

Thankyou to everyone who attended the Tunstead Fun Dog Show, we were really lucky with the weather and it was very well attended. Skeyton K9 Dog Training hosted 3 classes in the side ring and the results are as follows.
Temptation Alley; 1st Carolyn with Josh and 2nd Nemo with Harley.
Fastest re-call; 1st Nemo with Harley and 2nd Laura with Ada.
Obstacle course; 1st Laura with Ada and Sue with Ella.
The times were really tight and some of the entries in the obstacle race did get super competitive towards the end (Laura & Sue) which always adds to the fun.
Well done everyone and thanks to all involved.

For some dogs sitting and focusing on something is easy and for others it takes them a little bit longer to figure it out. Bear finds classes very exciting with all the other dogs around (and his sister in the class too!) so for him to turn, focus and sit was a huge achievement for his second class! So proud of this pair and can’t wait to see their progress over the next few weeks 🐶🥰

We finally had a bit of sun on Thursday evening! Lovely group stay work done by our Silver / Gold class 🐶

15 months since our Silver / Gold dogs and owners were last together and you wouldn’t think they’d had a break at all! All working perfectly around each other again on Thursday evening, we couldn’t be prouder 🥰

✨ 2 weeks to go!!! ✨ We’ve been down to set up the outdoor ring for the first time today and of course we had to test it out. Here’s Clem showing that it might have been over a year since we were last here but she’s still got it with a perfect little recall 🐶

3 weeks until we hopefully 🤞 get to open our doors again so we’re going to throw it back to January 2020 with cross over recalls! 9 dogs of varying sizes, ages and breeds all working perfectly around each other 🥰
