I've been going in to see this gorgeous boy since the middle of December. Initially he was so very worried about this stranger coming into his home. His human said that Balti only likes one person in the whole world and that is her. I spent alot of time getting to know Balti and going at his pace, most days way beyond the time frame of my average visits. Imagine my delight as he gradually accepted me. Balti's human is so happy he has another person to love whilst she is away from home ❤️ This is why I do what I do. Your cat being happy and settled whilst in my care is SO important to me 💖💕❤️

Morning all
Just a little post to say that I haven't had any time the past few weeks to check emails/messages for any new customers. Work has been flat out since July and I've needed to dedicate all of my time to my existing clients and their visits. Things should slow a little in October and I'll have a dedicated admin day to go through everything.

**AWARENESS POST**
Yesterday I was walking a clients dog on Ketts Hill. On lead of course next to a very busy road. Suddenly from around the corner an off lead dog appeared and went straight in for the dog I was walking. With no owner in sight for the loose dog, I tried to separate them without success. So I used the First Strike K9 Spray I've been carrying around on my dog walking bag for over 6 years. It stopped the fighting immediately. Yesterday was the first time I'd had to use the spray. It is not harmful. It's a mixture of essential oils and is used by the Police to calm aggressive dog situations. The effects last for around 20 minutes. I'm always super aware of who and what is going on around me when dog walking. I certainly didn't expect an off lead dog to come round the corner on Ketts Hill. I'm so thankful that I had the spray, I'm pretty sure the situation would have been a lot worse without it. Both dogs were thoroughly checked over and were fine. It seemed the only injury was to my hand. The owner appeared and I had very stern words with him about keeping his dog on a lead. If anyone is interested, the spray is around £20 and you can buy it online

❤️ Too warm to walk activities with my own girl Summer. This is literally some frozen treats rolled up and stuffed in the holes. Keeps her busy for a while and is a lovely enrichment activity. Supervision is required so she doesn't eat the material, which she would 🤣❤️

They all have beautiful souls to go with their beautiful looks and both Lea and I enjoy our time with them. 💗 When the parrot likes to cuddle up on the sofa with me 💕💕 Jumbo and Jasper are new clients to Maccygpets. Prior to my visits I visited them and their owner several times, so that they felt happier in my care whilst their owner was away. They have both settled really quickly and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time with them. I'll be posting more pics and some videos over the next few weeks 💗

💕 Mimo has come over to the UK from France recently. I was the lucky person her owner chose to provide daily pop in visits for the toilet and fusses, lots and lots of fusses 😍 Mimo speaks French and I've needed to learn a few French words so I can communicate with her. She is always very happy to see me and is one of the best behaved dogs I've ever met 💕
