Just thought I’d do a refresher on how to request dates on my booking system to show how simple it is! Most of you are doing it correctly but always worth a refresher for new clients and those who haven’t used it yet! Please please if we could follow these steps it makes it so much more straightforward for everyone and you’re booked in within a matter of seconds when I see your request :)

Long winded one so noone will probably watch this all the way through 🤣 but Delphi is VERY nervous but always curious to be around people, so I have to secretly film her and not make any sudden movements while she’s scoping things out. Evie and this butterfly toy is so wholesome 🥰 she puts her all into it - I’ve got a similar one for Maggie and it would be on its back within 2 seconds of play with Evie 😻😻

Missy is the sweetest little shy bean. She well and truly out of her shell for me now and she does this adorable hop everytime she comes into contact with you 😻😻
George wasn’t home when I arrived to sort her out this afternoon, so I thought I’d use the time to write all your bookings in my diary (thank you!) while I waited to see if she would appear... sure enough she did after a bit of a wait - once upon a time if she’d walked into the living room to see someone she wasn’t expecting she’d have bolted straight out the door again! Not anymore, we are besties 🥰🥰🥰
My heart - Winnie hops for your hand when she wants fusses and today I discovered she will actually pull it down to her if it’s not low enough for her comfort 😻😻😻😻 so so cute. Sorry for my voice 🤣
Lots of laser girls today! This is Robin! Check out Milly on over the stories too 😂 do your cats love the laser pen? Mine has an automatic one which keeps her entertained for hours 🤣
Archie and Mini on my visits in January with them. This day I ended up staying with them nearly 2 hours because as you can see we were quite relaxed and I possibly might have nodded off 🤣.
2 hours isn’t a normal visit length 🤣 they were my only visit this day so I had plenty of time, but we don’t give a set visit time so that if the need is there then we do. This is the same with if a cat is very shy and would benefit more from me cleaning their areas, replenishing their food/water, checking they’re okay and then leaving them to it - their wish is my command! Its quite usual in that type of situation that after a few visits and they’re used to the sounds of me they start to get braver too which is very rewarding (see ginger George from recent and previous posts this year for evidence!)
It’s very tailored depending on the personality of each cat, and they get to stay at home with all their usual smells, favourite places and hidey holes so it eliminates all other stressors!
Turn the volume right up for some epic snores coming from Mini today 🤣🤣
