We are hiring!✨ We are looking for a motivated full or part time groom to join our expanding team. Could this be you?

🐴What we have to offer:
•a lovely group of horses and people to work with in a fun, friendly & young team
•opportunity to learn the management & training program of top quality showjumping horses
•opportunity to work with mares & foals as well as youngsters
•opportunity to develop own skills & horsemanship
•opportunity to ride occasionally for the right candidate
•opportunity to live in on site 📍NR14 Norfolk
•training with your own horse free of charge once a month if desired

🥕Applicant should be:
•reliable
•kind to the horses
•willing to learn and develop skills
•able to work well and positively within a team

All ages & experience levels considered as long as willing & motivation to learn. Most important for us is that you are kind towards the horses and reliable.

After gaining some valuable show experience and lots of clear rounds in only a handful of shows, our two 4-year-olds Uno & Louis will now enjoy their winter holidays.❄️ Imperium’s Uno has a great record jumping double clears in British Novice & Discovery classes, including his first win!🥇 & Brooklawn I Candy has jumped 2/2 British Novice double clears at his first two shows!🍭 We are sure of a bright future ahead for these two & are excited to start again with them next year!✨

Alongside developing our own horses, the girls have spaces to take in new horses to produce, compete & sell, if desired.
We also have new training packages available suitable for horse and rider combinations of all levels & can furthermore provide assistance in helping you find the perfect match when looking for your next horse.

With our fantastic facilities and onsite training you will be enabled to reach all of your equestrian goals 🙌🏻 And we have a hardworking and passionate team who take pride in caring for the horses 🫶🏻

At Wodehouse Stud we understand that most of you will be working full time jobs, so we like to make your lives as easy and stress free as possible! Our dedicated team will take care of all of your horse’s needs, and to ease the separation anxiety we have 24 CCTV surveillance in each stable, which you can connect to your phone and check-in at anytime!📱
We also recognise that exercising your horses in the winter can often be compromised by the dark evenings, however with our arena being fully floodlit you can continue to work towards your goals, even in the midst of winter. Additionally, our staff are usually available to exercise your horse upon request.

Our Story

Wodehouse Stud is a family run business and is home to the Wodehouse Stud showjumping horses, ridden by India and Atiya Bussey and trained by Louise Bussey, and the Wodehouse Stud polo team and the ponies of Paul Bussey.

Run alongside this is of course is our long term breeding programme in which we aim to produce quality sport horses for the modern day with an emphasis on temperament and ‘rideability’. All our horses have world class bloodlines and our stallion is graded with the Breeders Elite.

At Wodehouse Stud we can offer you… Competition Livery, Full Livery, Schooling Livery, Sales Livery, Rehabilitation Livery and Breaking. We have in house and Visiting Coaches.
