Hi all,

Just to let you know, the salon will remain CLOSED THIS WEEK.
Anyone who had an appointment cancelled will be contacted at the end of this week to be rebooked.

I am not a doggy daycare & do not have the facilities to keep your dogs here for longer than planned. Therefore, UNLESS IT'S BEEN PREARRANGED, if you are more than 15 minutes late to collect your dog, a late pick up fee will be added to your total price. It's simply not fair to the 121 dogs I have in.

❗️IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ❗️

I'm currently facing a family emergency which has meant I have had to change & cancel some appointments.

So firstly, APOLOGIES to everyone I have had to change or cancel last minute. Also to everyone trying to call and message me, please bear with me and I'll get back to you all as quickly as I can.

I know its frustrating and I feel terrible for this but I am doing everything I possibly can to support my mum, run a business and get back to everyone. I'm even offering Sunday slots for those affected.

Lastly I just want to say thank you to all my lovely clients who have been great with everything, I feel very grateful to have you all.
