Starting the new year strong with 🙌🏼

I always urge everyone to look into more natural ways to treat your pets, especially for fleas, ticks, and worms 🪱🪲 after personally experiencing the horrific side effects of over the counter and veterinary medications with Tiggs 😔

Firstly, and most importantly, I would like to wish my gorgeous Tiggs a very Happy Gotcha Day 🥰
5 whole years living with me 😅 the poor lad!

Rescuing you was the best thing I ever did ♥️

Your quirks and character make you you, and although there are many struggles, your unconditional love makes it all worth it 🥹

You are, hands down, the hardest dog I've ever trained, but with that you provide me so much knowledge and understanding which in turn helps me help others, so in your own little way you are a hero 🦸

I love you more than you will ever know ❤️

Secondly, HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥳✨️
This year has been what can only be described as chaos, but in an amazing way 🙌🏼

The academy launched 🎓 and is growing nicely 👏🏼 we are helping sooooo many more dogs now, and it's a privilege to see everyone grow 😊

2025 holds BIG and EXCITING things for me and my dog training business, so watch this space 👀

Anyone know what day it is? 🤔🤣

It's definitely that weird time when you're not sure if it's socially acceptable to still be in pyjamas or if you should start pretending to be a productive adult again!

⚠️ Trigger stacking occurs when a series of small stressors pile up, causing a bigger emotional reaction than any single one alone!

The bucket analogy 🪣 really helps explain your dogs individual threshold 🚰

Understanding your dog's triggers will massively help in supporting your dog to avoid trigger stacking!
I always recommend making a list 📝 of your dog's triggers -- it's really insightful and can set you both up for success💡

Recognising your dogs behaviour choices when trigger stacked can also be useful in supporting your dog. Instead of being frustrated, you can actively make changes to help your dog make better choices 🤗

Remember, decompression time after being trigger stacked is essential 👌🏼

Have you heard the news? 👂🏼
