It’s been a busy busy few weeks at Furbabies, we’ve had a few new furry friends join our team so we’ve been loving getting to know them all🐾🍁 We’re starting to get into our cold windy walks now but they’re all still loving every minute of them, look at these happy faces🫶🏻🍂🦮

Get to know a few of our dogs at Furbabies…🐕‍🦺
🐾Meet Luna🐾

Luna has only been at Furbabies for a little while but has made such a huge improvement in this time. Lunas owners contacted us as they were needing a pet sitter for Luna while they went on their holiday. Meeting Luna for the first time at her meet and greet she was such a shy little girl, barking and hiding behind her Mum. Very hesitant to come over to us even with delicious treats on offer.

We all thought it would be best to start some solo walks with Luna and some 1-2-1 time before the build up to the holiday/pet sit. With a lot of time and trust building, reassuring Luna we are no threat to her we started to make progress. She was getting into a little routine and knowing what it meant when I arrived at her house…WALKIES!!

The pet sit soon come around and I feel Luna and I (Lucy) had built a very strong relationship together after all our hard work. It was so rewarding when Luna was always coming for cuddles, playtime and seemed so happy on her walks throughout the duration of her pet sit. We now have a regular walk with Luna each week and it’s the best feeling when we see how excited she gets when I go into her home. Besties forever🐾🫶🏻

🐾Meet Cooper🐾

When we first started walking Cooper his lovely owners expressed they weren’t quite sure how Cooper was around other dogs, due to not having him from a pup and were very understandably nervous about letting him off the lead. We took this all into consideration when starting out and were really excited to welcome wonderful Cooper to the team.

We started out with some solo walks allowing him to gain some confidence, build a relationship up with us and for him to go at his own pace. We instantly fell in love with this bundle of joy and walking him was such a dream. We all collectively thought and just knew Cooper was going to be such a good boy off the lead after a couple of walks together and we were right! Flashing forward to now and he has made so many wonderful friends at Furbabies and thrives in his group walks. His owners can see his wonderful adventures with his friends, which is hopefully helping them gain some confidence when walking Cooper themselves.

We offer a very personal service at Furbabies tailoring each walk to the individual dogs needs. We’re so proud of you Mr Cooper🐾
