🐾Polite notice 🐾

I’ve had a few customers recently not keeping an eye on their phones for a message from me when their dogs are ready to collect or not answering the phone full stop when I’m trying to call to say their dog will be ready to collect at a certain time. I always estimate my grooms between 1hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.

I work on my own and back to back with dogs and tell all my customers, I will send you a message when I’m 15 - 30 minutes or so off finishing to give my customers time to get here. Yet people are failing to be here for those times or even picking up my texts / calls. I struggle to answer or make calls in my grooming room due to bad signal so always say I’ll text.

Please can all my customers keep an eye on their phones when leaving your dogs with me for their grooms, to avoid a late fee being added on and also putting me behind schedule.
