Remember our 3 young cockers we have been training ? Well... Meet Oakley, he's 4 months old now and has just completed our training programme, an absolute diamond! Oakley is as stunning as he looks, a fantastic looking pup with a fantastic temperament. Very content to run and play but just as content to entertain himself around the home.
His training programme has taken place in our home and out and about amongst various distractions including other dogs and livestock. Oakley's training includes recall to his name and whistle, sit to a whistle, loose lead heel work, off lead heelwork, down, sit and stay commands. He is crate trained and travels really well.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us regarding Oakley. πΆπΎ

Puppies first Training Session ! πΆππΎ
These little beauties are our gorgeous girl Briars very last litter. We are extremely fond of briars pups and so for this last litter we have decided to keep the majority of them back and put them through our training programme before finding them new homes as part trained, 4 month old puppies.
This is where it all starts, we are hoping to make plenty of short videos like this one so you can follow their journeys before they have their final individual training videos put together.
We hope you enjoy them and hopefully find some help and insight into your own puppy training journeys, please remember this is just our way of doing things and it works for us, there are lots of different training methods around and we are always learning. πππΎ

Tweed's Pupdate Week 4 !
More adventures this week, we have lots of playtime in the conservatory every day now and the sun finally came out long enough for us to have a little play outside! Exhausting playing outside though so we soon had a snooze ! It's a dog's life ! πΎπΆπΎπΆπΎπΆ
A little throwback video of last years puppies that my very talented Father-In-Law took of us playing with the puppies on his lawn whilst visiting.
River's Pupdate Week 1 !!!πΆπΎ
First week is always the hardest , we can't see anything or hear much at all, we've all been scrabbling for mums milk because there are quite a few of us but Laura's been making sure we all had turns and full little bellies 24/7! She looks awful π! All we do is eat and sleep, eat and sleep ! Is this why they call it a dog's lifeβ€οΈ ?!?!?πΆπΎ
Tweed's Pupdate Week 2!πΆπΎ
Week 2 was a BIG week! We were all given our identities this week, coloured, scratchy things around our necks, we are used to them now so don't mind them anymore but boy were they strange! We have all had our nails trimmed, apparently we were scratching mum too much! Poor mummy! We have all opened our eyes and seen the big wide world for the first time, which is pretty daunting but now we can see who is cuddling us π₯° and we have started taking our first steps, hopefully we won't fall over as much soon πΆπΎ!
