Hi all.

Terri has now closed her books to new customers. With her next available appointment being in October, she has had to close her books to prioritise existing customers, as there are simply just not enough hours in the day to accommodate everyone.

Jess is still taking on new customers, but her books are also very full so please get in touch with her if your wanting to book in. 07807176254

Hi all,

Unfortunately, im having to inform you that as of April 1st 2024 our prices for grooming will be increasing by £3.

We have not taken this decision lightly! This increase will be on all grooming services. We feel we have no choice but to make the increase as our costs just continue to rise, like our rent, shampoo, insurance, equipment, energy bills, and water.

We know times are tough all round at the minute, and we are only increasing our prices as a necessity!

All dogs that are currently booked in past April 1st we will honor the price at time of booking.

**XL BULLIE OWNERS**

I think by now, everyone knows we are all bulldog lovers here at TLC ! So we have hunted down insurance, which allows us to be able to offer grooms to your fur babies!!

We can groom your pup without them having to wear a muzzle (unfortunately, it has to be out of hours so no other dogs or members of the public are in the salon)

Please pop us a message to book them in. We look forward to seeing your bullies, and we will continue to support them! 🐶

Hi all,

A reminder that all missed appointment are charged for at full price, cancellation within 24hours of appointment are charged at 50% of price. Cancellation or rescheduling with 24 hours or more notice are NOT charged for!

We book out time for your dog's, giving less that 24hours notice or not showing at all gives us no time to fill an appointment space and we still have bills to pay and staff.

We are now **CLOSED ** for a week whilst we are on holiday!

Jess is back in on the 26th September.
Terri is back in on the 28th September.

During this time no messages will be answered and the work phones will be switched off.

Do not be alarmed if you see people in the salon or the lights on we are giving the salon a paint whilst we are closed so that its nice and fresh when we are back open!

Hi everyone,

Just a head ups.

As of October Terri will only be working every other saturday.
As Saturdays are usually the only day some customers can do with work Monday to Friday, Terri will be adding an extra late night on a thursday for the weeks when she wont be working a Saturday.

If you can only do a Saturday please book in well ahead to make sure you can get your appointment and are not disappointed.

Jess will continue to work her normal hours.

The beautiful Rylee came in to see Terri for her regular 6 week appointment. Rylee spends alot of time at the beach so her owners like her short and manageable. She is always a star to be groomed ⭐️🐶

For those of you whos appointments were affected by me having to leave the salon early today i am sorry for the inconvenience caused but my childhood dog had to pass over the rainbow bridge and i was not going to let that happen without me being by her side.

Kita, the dog that hated being bathed but loved rolling in muddy puddles, i will forever miss you. Rest easy my sweet girl💔 i hope you and the boys are all playing in a field somewhere 🌈

We will be open as normal tomorrow but please bare with me as i am very emotional.

Its with a heavy heart we have to tell you that Terri had to let Bandit go over the rainbow bridge this morning after another morning of seizures.

Terri is off work for the rest of the day and wont be answering the phone. The owners have been contacted for the dogs she has in today.

Please allow Terri time to get back to you to rearrange appointments.

We ask that you light a candle for Bandit to help his journey to the otherside! Although his life was short (and some of it cruel) and his time with Terri was even shorter we find comfort in knowing his last 7 months were with someone that loved him unconditionally and gave him the best months of his life!

He has touched so many people and brought so many smiles and laughs!

Rest easy my friend, no more seizures. Alfie cant wait to meet you ! 🌈💔♥️

Morning everyone! 🌞

As the cost of everything is rising as does my equipment/products. Unfortunately I have no choice but to be raising some of my prices from April 1st.

I will be keeping short coated de-sheds as they are but any dogs with compacted/overdue long coats will be priced in relation to the amount of time it takes me.

Curly coats/cockerpoos/poodle mixes will be from £45 dependant on the size and behaviour.

Severely matted shave downs will be priced from £60.

I hope you can understand my reasons for this price increase, I do put my all into the dogs and my grooms. A happy dog/owner is my main priority!

I have a few deshed spaces left in March and I’m taking on bookings from April. I look forward to seeing you :)
