APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

As we have had an increase in new clients, we have compiled a small checklist 📋 to help with a smooth handover when dropping off your dog.

Has your dog……..

☑️ Been adequately exercised and
toileted?

☑️ Been flea and parasite checked?

We have seen a rise in flea infestations on dogs coming to the salon, we kindly ask that you keep your dogs flea and tick medication, up to date and advise us prior to your appointment if you find any fleas on your dog.

Any fleas found during drop off, may result in cancellation of your appointment, and a fee incurred.

*Please be aware that we have a duty of care to all clients through our door, hence our strictness on this matter.

☑️ Thoroughly Brushed and combed?

Check for any knots or tangles, before your dogs groom, pay special attention to any areas of concern, this is essential if you wish to keep your dogs coat long.

☑️ Health concerns?

Tell us about any health concerns, whether they be pre existing or new.

☑️ Keep leads / Harness on!

Please do NOT remove your dogs collar/ harness and lead in reception, we will do this once your dog is safe and secure behind the gate.
