The Farm was set up in the late 1970's, and will soon be celebrating it's 40th anniversary. Its ideals include providing a much-needed green space, sustainable buildings, distinctive local identity and people who care and respect the community. The site is accessible to all – families with young children, people with disabilities, and parties from schools and colleges. For your visit we offer a fa

rm trail, animals large and small with animal feeding and handling, gardens growing plants and produce, cafe serving home made dishes including our own and locally sourced organic produce, and shop. We are very proud that the Farm has been accredited with many awards for its efforts and contributions over the years, as we provide so much to the community. As we are a charity, we encourage companies and individuals to support the Farm, either financially or by giving their time to volunteer,.or maybe even both. As a service provider for all types of people we are accredited by various organisations.
