Despite the current road closures by cadent for gas works affecting chilwell road we are still open for both deliveries and walking in.

You can access the shop through Beeston end it’s only coming from chilwell that’s affected so you have to go the long way round up station road and turn left at the white lion.

This week, we've already had three missed appointments. If you can't make it to your dog's grooming appointment, kindly inform us in advance.

Our appointments are reserved exclusively for YOUR dog. When there are no-shows, we face financial losses as we do not receive payment and our business is impacted. We have expenses like wages, bills, and other overhead costs to cover. For a small business like ours, missed appointments and late cancellations have a significant impact since this is our primary source of income. While we are passionate about our work, it is not just a hobby; we do not have unlimited resources like larger businesses to offset the effects of client no-shows.

We understand that emergencies can occur since we are all human, but we must also consider our business requirements. This is just a friendly reminder that cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will result in fees, and full appointment charges will apply for no-shows.

It's always hard to share negative posts like this, but it's necessary. Small businesses like hairdressers, beauticians, and barbers are all experiencing the same financial challenges, so don't forget to show kindness and respect to others and let them know when you're unable to make an appointment too.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at CT Glass and Glazing for promptly fixing our window this morning. CCTV footage showed someone stumbling into it while intoxicated. The matter is being addressed with the police, but nonetheless, it's a significant expense for a small business.

Today was a lovely day spent with friends Cactus Dog Grooming and Pawfect Paws Grooming. To switch things up, I decided to take my almost 15-year-old Bruno on a day trip to DogFest at Burghley House since he has been feeling quite energetic lately! He proudly achieved 3rd place in the Goldie Oldie category at a fun dog show and enjoyed a puppuccino!
