It saddens me to be writing this post, however I feel that I need to address it... recently we have been receiving a lot of insults thrown our way in practice and on the phone towards staff, this has purely been because of clients either demanding an appointment there and then or medication demanded on the day. We ALWAYS go above and beyond for our clients, however there are times when we just cannot physically make an appointment for you, everyone's animal is equally as important, please take this into consideration when you speak to the staff. We also have made it very clear for years now that it is owner responsibility to remember to order medication correctly, we have a 48 hour order policy and sometimes we are kind enough to do 24 hours, we are exactly the same as a doctors/chemist, we have to order the medication and that alone can sometimes take 48 hours. Please give us enough notice before throwing insults at us when we cannot put your medication up for you on the day. If we continue to receive abusive behaviour from people we are well within our rights to refuse to see you, so please be KIND to the staff! We ALL love and adore your animals and we TRY our very best to give you the best treatment we can! We are only a small practice...
