📣 Calling all scentwork beginners! 📣

I am thinking about putting on a new beginner scentwork class on Tuesdays 6.15pm-7.45pm starting on 18th February

These will be held at Annesley & Felley Parish Hall in Nottinghamshire, just off J27 of the M1 (NG15 0AG)

Classes will cost £100 for an 8 week course and you will be able to continue for as many courses as you wish

Suitable for complete beginners and those just starting out on their scentwork journey. All ages from puppies to older dogs welcome. Whether you want to do scentwork for fun or to compete, we welcome everyone into our classes

Places are strictly limited to 6, and reactive dogs are welcome to join

🐶 Recall (even away from other dogs!)

🐶 Calm greetings

🐶 Fun tricks to enhance dog/owner bond

SCENTWORK VENUES NEEDED!

We are on the hunt for new and novel scentwork practice venues in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area for future workshops and if any of you guys have any suggestions or own any businesses/venues we could use, please let me know!

We are on the lookout for venues preferably with both indoor and outside spaces, the more novel the better!

Feel free to suggest venues below or contact me if you have somewhere you can offer!

🐶 SCENTWORK CLASS SPACES 🐶

We have spaces available in the following classes held in Annesley, Nottinghamshire starting in August:

🐾 Friday 9th August 5pm-6.30pm (some scentwork experience necessary)

🐾 Friday 9th August 6.30pm-8pm (some scentwork experience necessary)

🐾 Wednesday 7th August 4.30pm-6pm (no scentwork experience necessary, complete beginners welcome)

🐾 Wednesday 7th August 6.15pm-7.45pm (some scentwork experience necessary)

All classes will run in 8 week blocks and it is just £100 per block

It’s forecast to be very hot over the next week and this may mean that some 1:1s need to be rescheduled.

‼️Becky Harris Scentwork Training Days‼️

We are looking to host Becky Harris again on 19th and 30th September.

These workshops will be full days (10am-4pm) at a venue around Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire to be decided.

These workshops are open to all dogs currently on odour but preference will be given to those who train with me in my weekly classes.

Would your dog like to have some doggy friends to play with?

Maybe they are too small for most dogs or are intimidated by large, bouncy dogs.

We have specific groups for both small and/or nervous dogs and larger/bouncy dogs.

Join us on a guided playgroup walk with a dog trainer where your dog can play in safety.

Please note these walks are not for dogs to who are reactive or get easily frustrated. If you have a dog who would like to remain neutral to others, please look for our socialisation/neutrality walks.

Does your dog struggle to remain neutral around other dogs?

Do they react to, or get frustrated by everyday occurrences such as bicycles, joggers and children?

Join us on our upcoming neutrality walks where we will guide you through some focus techniques and help you put them in practice in small groups.

Please note these walks are not for dogs to play with each other, if you have a friendly dog who would like to play with others, please look for our playgroup walks.
