🍁 The Dog Park is showing its full autumnal colours this week! 🍂🍃

The ground is fairly good, but please make sure you bring appropriate footwear 🥾 as it’s a little wet and muddy in places!

✨ Please note that we open in line with natural daylight hours, so we’re currently at our most restricted opening times:

🌝 First session starts at 8am
🌚 Last session starts at 3pm

🎄 Also… we’re getting lots of messages about visiting us at Christmas time - we’re open throughout the entire Festive Season, including Christmas Day, 🎅🏽 Boxing Day, 🦃 and New Year’s Day! 🍾

📆 We will then be closed from the 3rd January until early Spring to give the ground a much needed rest 🌳🌱

We’ve had a very wet Autumn so far! 🌧️🍂

⭐️ We have put down some bark chippings in popular areas to help the ground conditions, but please note with the incredible amount of rain fall over the last week or so, expect some areas to be fairly wet & muddy! 💦🐶

🏡 We do have an owner’s shelter in the event of downpours 🌧️ and a hose to wash the dogs off if muddy 🧼 (remember a towel for the car!) 😁

Please wear bring appropriate footwear - wellies, walking boots 🥾 etc!

✨ Next week (w/c Mon 6th Nov) we have limited the amount of slots available to book, in order to reduce footfall in the Dog Park until the ground starts to dry out! ✨

So please book early to avoid disappointment if you’d like to visit next week! 🐶🐾🌳

Tomorrow (Friday 20th October) is looking very 🌧️ wet! 🌧️

💦 Some top tips for your visits as we start to go into the wetter months…

🐶 Remember, if you feel that walking conditions aren’t appropriate for yourself / your dogs, you can reschedule UP TO 2 HOURS before your session is due to begin, by following these steps:

⭐️ Log in to your account on our booking website > navigate to ‘My Bookings’ > select ‘Upcoming bookings’ > select the ‘Reschedule’ button > select a new date / time to move your booking to > you’ll receive an email confirming this change in booking 📧

💡 Although the Dog Park is a controlled walking environment, it’s still part of The Great Outdoors, so bring appropriate footwear - wellies, walking boots 🥾 etc, it can become fairly muddy!
