❌ CAUTION GRAPHIC IMAGING❌ Intussusception is a gastrointestinal disorder that occurs when a part of a dog's intestine telescopes into a neighboring part, potentially obstructing the bowel and compromising blood supply. It can occur in dogs of any age, but is more common in younger animals and large breed dogs.

⭐ Superficial Flexor Digital Tenotomy ⭐ This is surgery performed on patients suffering with Corns, typically affecting Greyhounds. A Corn is a circular area on the pad that hardens with time and becomes painful to walk on. As you can see from the video, an incision is made over the tendon, which is then cut and a small section of the tendon is removed. By doing this, the toe is lifted and removes the pressure on the corn against the floor, which instantly relieves the pain. We performed this surgery on Bailey today and we hope he recovers soon and can go back on painless walks! ❤️

We had the lovely Loki in today for his BOAS surgery. We are very happy to report that Loki is doing so much better and receiving some very well deserved TLC at home by his family ❤️

Foreign bodies are not always internal! This lovely girl Dotty had a very long peice of grass stuck up her nose causing her severe irritation! Thanks to her owners and the team we managed to remove this unwanted guest and send her home feeling much better!💙
