Wow what a month! Thank you everyone for all your continued support, it’s really appreciated. There’s been some ups and downs, especially with the van breaking down but we’ve made it! I’ve had so much fun getting to know all your fur-babies more than I already knew them and I can’t wait to spend more time with them in the next coming months ❤️

Happy 4th birthday Mr Dukey Wookey, otherwise known as Duke 🥳🎉❤️
I am so thankful to have you in my life as a partner in crime. I know you had a rough start to life but thanks to grandma Steph and grandad Harro, you can now show everyone your new Patrick Swayze hips and have the time of your life on walks with friends. 🕺🪩

Stay being the goofy boy I know

Love mum x

Today, we said goodbye to one of our cats, Pixie ❤️

14 years ago, my family were blessed with 2 kittens, Spike and Pixie. They were inseparable. Typical brother and sister duo - hated each other around people but when alone, adored by each other. Pixie was a very strange cat. She hated people, everyone that came over would call her the ‘mean’ cat because she wouldn’t let them touch her. She wasn’t like that with us. She would sit on our laps purring away (only on her terms 😂), play with string and always be outside hunting. She wasn’t as much of a troublemaker like her brother is!

You will be deeply missed by everyone Pixie 🐈 😻

Happy national dog day!! 🥳🎉

Dogs bring out the best in us, teaching us to love unconditionally. Since starting this job, I have experienced happiness and love in a completely different way and that is thanks to all my wonderful dogs. It really is true when they say a dog is a man’s best friend. I have learnt so much just through walking all your fur babies and I will continue to learn every day that I am with them. Thank you for trusting me to care and love your pets like my own ❤️🐶🐾

Tongues out Tuesday! 😝
How are you doing in this hot weather? Here’s some tips on how to keep your pooches cool in this heat:

🐾walk your dog in the early morning or evening to avoid the midday sun
🐾always have water available for them
🐾avoid pavements where possible
🐾create shade in your garden
🐾pop a wet towel on the floor so they can lie on it
🐾freeze your treats and toys
🐾use common sense!!

Evening everyone!

Just putting a feeler out there for horse owners 🐴

Would any of my clients who own horses and clients friends who own horses be interested in a horse care service?

This service would include:
- mucking out stables
- poo picking fields
- feeding
- turning out/in
- grooming
- exercising and riding etc.

I have worked with horses from a young age and have experience of working on a yard with and around horses. I am dedicated to all my animals in my care and have a massive passion for working in the equine industry. I am hard working and always up for a challenge if one ever comes my way. I also ride weekly.

Yesterday, Duke took a trip to the first Greetham Classic Car meet of the year. Here’s what he had to say about it:

There was a huge variety of cars, lorry cabs, motorbikes, etc.
Not only is there’s cars and bikes to look at but there is also amazing food cooked by Andy Saunders and his brilliant team (might be a bit biased as mummy helps out with the food 🤭) and there is also a bar that sells beer, cider, soft drinks and all sorts which the humans seem to really enjoy. But the best part is that it’s doggy friendly! 🐶 so to all my friends, if you need something to do every 3rd Thursday of the month from 4pm onwards, drag your humans over to Greetham community centre and enjoy an evening of cars, food and drinks!

I give this 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 out of 5 paws 😁

Wow! What an amazing client I have! Sidney is the most caring, kind, loving and crazy dog I have ever met. He and his sister, Sierra, have been doing a fantastic job with Pets As Therapy UK.
So proud of him and I of course can’t forget the other 3 doggos in his life. Such a proud dog walker here 🥰

“Sidney was a rescue dog, we adopted him aged 15 weeks after he was being kept in a cage. He was always very clever and very loving so at 10 months old I put him through his pets as therapy assessment, and he passed! This was now 6 years ago.

He has worked in a nursery school and a residential care home for both elderly and currently one for disabled adults. He also works in a prison and has worked at several shows including Crufts and more recently, the All About Dogs Show.

Pets As Therapy UK dogs work with people who need a bit of comfort and emotional support. In the care home for the disabled adults he often can calm down an upset resident just by letting them cuddle him and stroke him. They have used his confidence to go outside when they wouldn't go without a dog.

We've done several sessions with children who have autism and are scared of dogs, but after sessions with Sidney who is so calm and patient with them, they overcome the fear.”

Happy Friday!!

First of all, I would just like to say thank you to all my clients for the continuous support of my small business and how much I appreciate all of you ❤️

This weekend, I will be off my phone as it is my grandads funeral tomorrow (Saturday 1st April) and so I will have my phone off and will be spending time with my family. Any messages I get, I will respond to on either Sunday evening or Monday morning.

As for invoices, I will try my best to get them all out tonight. If not, I’ll send them out on Monday.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I will see you all next week 😊🐶🐾

Unacceptable behaviour

Unfortunately i am having to write this post this morning, very annoyed and upset! Somebody decided to enter MY property last night and let the horses out in the field! What this loser did not know was that we have full HD CCTV that covers every single inch of the property including the fields and you have been caught doing this, the police have been informed and you WILL be found!

I have checked all the ponies and apart from them being shaken up they are all ok.

I highly suggest that you do NOT return, we are on total full alert now 🚨 ... and i seriously wouldn't mess with a mama and her cubs 😡

Share this wide and far please!

Pic of said cub 😠

UPDATE - SHE IS BACK HOME SAFE WITH HER OWNER 😊 thank you for all the shares

UPDATE - she is at Rutland vets in Barleythorpe. She has a microchip but it is not registered 😞
Please share so that she can be reunited with her owners

Has anyone lost this gorgeous dog? I found her near Brooke (going towards Brooke from Oakham). Currently on the way to Oakham vets. She is in very good hands. There’s no collar so hoping she is microchipped 🤞🏼
