This Christmas has been the first for many years, that Oakham has had its own out-of-hours emergency service for local pets. Over the Christmas period, when we were closed for only 3 days, we helped 6 pets; one of which underwent emergency limb-saving surgery, and another was hospitalised and intensively nursed, for multiple days and nights, which wouldn’t have survived without our care ❤️🩹
Of the 6 pets seen, most were not registered with us for their day-time care.
We will always endeavour to provide an accessible out-of-hours service, available whenever needed. To facilitate this, we need to increase the size of our team, but to do so, we also need to increase our day-time workload. Help us to expand Oakham’s only pet emergency service by registering with us, and see what fantastic day-time services we also have to offer! 🤩
