Let’s appreciate Archie!

This lovely little lad is now in his third home. He wasn’t socialized when he was younger and his new family have been struggling on walks as he barks at other dogs.

He found it hard to settle in the centre initially.
Today was his 3rd session and WOW what a difference, his settle is coming on but the main achievement is that his handlers have reported that they can now walk past o the dogs with no noise! He also managed his whole session without barking.
What a super star and what a great job His team are doing 👏👏👏

Effective dog training delivered with kindness

Bronte Canine offers dog training from 3 locations in West Yorkshire, Oakworth, Hebden Bridge and our new purpose built training facility in Denholme.

Our head trainer Paula Stone has studied with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) for 3 years and is a now a full member of the association. Also currently studying Canine Behaviour Management at level 5 - foundation degree level with Compass Education. All of our methods are up to date reward based methods developed using learning theory principles. Our three training assistants are also studying for dog training related qualifications or have qualified at various levels.

We pride ourselves on offering engaging, quality dog training at reasonable prices. All designed to prevent problems, develop your bond with your dog and improve your dogs ability to settle into home life. If group training does not suit you or your dog please do get in touch - we offer a one to one training service at our training centre or if needs be at your home.
