Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
I am reopen from today and I look forward to seeing you and all your lovely dogs soon.
Some quick things to note for the year -
Due to the rising costs of everything I will have to increase my prices slightly this year. Please see the list below of all breeds.
* Nails - £15
* Bath - £35 +
* Labradors/ Staffies - £35 +
* Bichon Frise/ Yorkies/ shih Tzu/ Lhasa Apso/ Westies - £45 +
* Poodles/Toy Poodles - £45 +
* Chihuahua/Dashound bath - £25
* Chihuahua/Dashound clip - £35+
* Spaniels/cockapoos - £50 + (size dependent)
* St Bernard’s/ Newfoundland/Bernese Mountain Dogs - £65 +
* German Shepherd - £55 +
* Collies - £40 + ( size dependent )
* Terries - £40 +

These are all guide prices and will depend on the condition of your dogs coat. If there is matting that can be removed I will do my best but a surcharge of £10 will occur. For severe matting the dog will be shaved and charged accordingly.

Please also note that my cancellation policy is 72 hours before the appointment or full price will be charged.

‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE‼️

Hi everyone,
I will be moving location again on the 24th May, The new shop location is 10 Argyll Square,PA34 4AZ ( the old travel agents beside Roxy’s cafe).
I will send everyone with an appointment that week or the week after a reminder that I have moved.
This will hopefully be the last time I move for a while so please bear with me and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

A quick message to let everyone know what my remaining appointments are for the rest of the year:-

10th December- 9am (Bath). TAKEN
- 12pm (Full Groom) TAKEN
- 2pm (Full Groom). TAKEN

17th December- 9am (Bath) TAKEN

19th December- 4pm (Bath) TAKEN

20th December- 9am (Bath) TAKEN

21st December- 9am (Full Groom) TAKEN

If you would like one of these appointments please pop me a message and I can let you know what would be the most suitable as some dogs take longer than others.
Also a quick reminder that I will be away from the 23rd December- 1st February. I will still be responding to messages but there may be a delay but I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Also my 2023 diary is open from February and is starting to fill up, if you would like an appointment for then please send me a message and I can get you booked in.

Hi Everyone,

Just a few things to update you on:-

- As of the 17th September I will be working from a new location again. The new address in 31 Stafford Street, Oban, PA34 5NH. (Besides Julie’s Cafe).

- If you are wanting your dog booked in for the rest of the year or in time for Christmas, please contact me soon as possible as I am filling up fast for the rest of the year.

- The business will be closed from 27th December- 1st February 2023 as I will be away in holiday. Please note that messages may not be answered during that time.

- Lastly I will be away from Monday 12th September 2022 to Friday 16th September 2022. Messages again will be answered when I get back.

Hi everyone,

As you may already know, my house has been sold recently so therefore I will be moving the dog grooming to a new location.
As of the 1st April 2022, I will be at 1 Campbell Street, Oban, PA34 4BQ.
All appointments before this date will stay at my original address.
I look forward to seeing you all in the future.

If you wish to block book your dog in for the rest of the year then please get in touch ASAP as I am filling up fast.

Also please note, I will still be working as an independent dog groomer and all my policies will stay the same.

Hi everyone,
Firstly I hope everyone and their dogs had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year to all. This is just a quick post with a few updates and changes I will be making in 2022. Thank you for you understanding.

1. I will be closed for the whole of January to do some updates and repairs to the shed.
2. I will hopefully be able to accept card payments when I reopen but I keep everyone updated on this.
3. I will be now asking for a non refundable deposit of £10 for all grooms due to having last minute cancellations and no shows. I hope you all understand but it’s time that I could have groomed another dog.
4. Late collections will be charged as sometimes dogs are not collected promptly and therefore it puts my whole day behind.
5. There will be a 72 hour cancellation policy in place, please ensure if you need your appointment moved or cancelled to give notice otherwise you will be charged in full.
6. There will be a slight increase in prices, full information will be given to clients when I reopen.
7. If your dog arrives and they are very matted, they will be shaved. Pulling out matts is not comfortable for the dog or myself so please be aware of this when you book.
Thank you to all my clients new and old for the support this past year. I really do appreciate it and I look forward to seeing you and all your lovely dogs in February🐾🐶
