As many of you know Cookie has anxiety.
You may think in the first photo she's smiling but this is quite a stressed face in the dog canine body lanuage.
My injury from weekend and the fact I was in and out of A&E as well as my brother staying has disrupted her routine.
So we are giving her a day off from walks today so she can decompress and will do doing some fun enrichment games instead ❤️

The white of her eyes know as whale eyeing aswell as the panting and the stress smile. Which are all signs of stress.

Shes having a chilled out morning today and also wearing one of her t shirts as she finds that quite comforting and makes her feel safe ❤️

⚠️⚠️⚠️I Need Space!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️

Do you have a dog who struggles in close proximity to other dogs and people?

Have you got a lockdown dog who missed out on training and socialising ?
Have you got a rescue ?
Would you like to feel more confident on walks?

We are running a brand new group course ‘I Need Space’ for sensitive dogs. This new group course will commence:
Friday March 14th
At 10-11am
and run for 4 consecutive weeks

We’ll have a maximum number of 6 dogs in a class, there are 2 trainers in all classes

The course consists of an initial 1hr 1-2-1 private consultation where we’ll gather lots of background history on your dog, find out where you are with your training and build a workable plan of action. This consultation needs to happen within the next 2-3 weeks, prior to the group classes starting

You will then attend 4x1hr group class run over 4 consecutive weeks. Dogs will be placed at a safe distance from each other and we’ll start to work on:
Confidence building
Teaching our dogs to focus on us in distracting environments
Settle and calmness
Enrichment
Polite meetings
Rapid recalls
Loose lead walking

We’ll also run a closed Facebook group for training clips, support and feedback which you’ll have full access to whilst training with us
