What lovely words!! Glad we could help 🥰

In a society where decent customer service seems to be on the dwindle, a kind gesture stands out a mile. Our big thanks to the person that advised we return Woody's tooth holed coat to Equafleece as they may repair it. Equafleece actually commented and instead sent him a brand new coat and so huge gratitude to those guys. I'll upload a picture of young Woody sporting the said item around bed time ❤️🐾

Also thanks for the replacement purchased from Amazon and any that may subsequently arrive in the coming days

We are fast approaching December which means we need to think about Christmas deliveries! 🎅🏼

For ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS being shipped outside of the UK, these need to be placed by the 5th of December if you are wanting your orders by Christmas ✉️

As we all know, delivery is a little slower around Christmas so it’s worth placing your orders ASAP to avoid disappointment.
