PLEASE can people pick up after your 🐶
it is not acceptable to pick up your poo then hang it on our field equipment.
Keep a particular eye on them when you first arrive in the field!!
We do check the field every day to try to keep it clean but we have had quite a few morning customers advising us of finding poo on or close to the paths (the areas we have definitely checked).
So please clean up 💩 after your dog!!
It makes the field more enjoyable for everyone if it’s clean 🐶

Since there was so much interest from our previous post about the upcoming dog show, we thought we'd start sharing the information with you all sooner😊
We've planned such a fun-filled day that will have something for everyone, so please like and share or tag anyone you think would be interested!
All monies we raise on the day will go directly towards our animals and building them new shelters.
There are 12 fun dog classes:
11am - Cutest Puppy
11.20am - Handsome Dog
11.40am - Prettiest Lady
12pm - Best Rescue
12.20pm - Scruffiest Mut
12.40pm - Waggiest Tails
1pm - Best Floppy Ears
1.20pm - Golden Oldie
1.40pm - Young Handler (16 years and under)
2pm - Best Trick
2.20pm - Best Fancy Dress
2.40pm - Best in Show, Reserve Best in Show
£2 per class or you can enter 3 classes for £5. Pay at ringside. Rosettes up to 4th place. Prizes for Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show.

We allow XL Bully Dogs to use our field here at Helping Hands Dog Park
Owners must-
The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
The dog is Micro Chipped
The field is private property with no public access passing through
The field is securely fenced and locked so the dog cannot escape
The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than 1 banned breed in the household they can come together but each dog must have its own handler.
