Good evening everyone
Just me asking for your help again. My last few posts had around 6-7 people help which we are grateful for but unfortunately is nowhere near enough. We have 5 spay/neuters to get done, dental, aftercare and future frequent checkups for Chaos, we are very low on all supplies and need litter, dry food, wet food, lysene gel, plaque off, flea and worming treatment. We are looking at around £800+ for all of this, which is a lot of money but if everyone could donate just 50p or £1 we would be covered! I know we keep asking but we have no choice because we get such little response. If everyone could donate a £1 or set up a standing order for £1 a month we wouldn't have to continually ask it's just as annoying and disheartening for us to have to keep posting these types of posts. If we can get the funds for all of the above we can get everyone sorted, then focus on finding their forever homes and raising funds for new intakes still waiting to come into us but we do not have the funds to be able to do this so we have cats/kittens just waiting on the streets it's heartbreaking.
We also need fosters and I will be putting a post out early January to ask for help in relation to this.
I know it always seems like we are asking for money etc but we cannot keep the rescue open without the support from you all, on the 4th of January I will have had this rescue open 4 years it's brought me immense joy and also devastating heartbreak but I have to keep going as does Jenni Marie because who else is going to help these beautiful babies. We really need your support I know it's just after Christmas and funds are tight, I understand this trust me, I paid over £500 at the vets this month and Jen £300+ in November. We have our own bills and pets etc to pay for and it's a lot of money from one person monthly and if it continues to be like this every month I may have to consider once the cats/kittens that are in are rehomed we may have to shut the doors on something we have poured blood, sweat, tears, laughter, annoyance, money and time into.
Please do not take this as a sob story I am being real with you all, it's so hard to keep on top of supplies vet costs etc and not have money to treat your own pets to new things, I have not had a holiday or break in nearly 3 years because rescue is my main priority and every penny spare I have is in rescue. I'm exhausted, worn out, I am a chronically ill person which some of you know and some do not, my mobility is shocking also I am at burn out, I was in a bad car accident and re broke my back on the 3rd of this month and due to finances and rescue I went back to work after 4 days off, like I said it's not a sob story but me being honest about my struggles I also have ADHD which impacts my daily life. And I know if Jen was to add to this her experience would be pretty much the same.
We admire each of you for what you contribute and could not do it without you all.
So please please if you can help please do even if it's 50p or a £1 it's less than a coffee we have over 1600 people on here It would be amazing if everyone could donate £1 a month and we would never have to worry but unfortunately this is not the case. I know I have repeated myself but needs must.
