• Pack a few of their favourite treats – great for bonding and comfort
• Avoid cleaning their hideout before boarding – their scent can reduce stress
• Include something safe to chew – it helps relieve stress and keeps them busy
• Tell us their quirks – little things like favourite spots or dislikes help us care for them like you would
