Today, we pause to remember and honor those who selflessly serve and sacrifice to protect our peace and freedom. Standing here at the Pots and Pans Memorial, the community reflects on the courage and sacrifices of all who serve, and the lives lost of those in service. They live on, in hearts and minds, inspiring love, gratitude and unity.

It felt very moving to stand at the memorial in the mist. A very atmospheric and moving service this morning.

After he hears the text ping to say I’m on my way, he sits looking out the window waiting for me to arrive. He doesn’t jump down and run to the door till he sees me walk round the van. Such a sweetie 🤩🤩🤩😍
