Christmas Diary Open🎄

Hi All, it’s very close to my favourite time of the year CHRISTMASSS🎅🏼 My December diary is officially open for bookings🎉

Appointments will be limited so, please get in touch to book your doggies in to avoid any disappointment☺️

Terms and Conditions for Christmas period!

I will endeavour to fit all of my customers in over this Christmas period, and, as such, I feel it necessary to advise of the following terms and conditions over the month of December.

I know that my customers will understand ☺️🐕🐾

• Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of their groom.

•A £10 deposit will be required at booking for any Christmas appointments, this will be deducted from the price of your groom at the time of appointment.

•Appointment arrival delays of more than 15 minutes will have to be cancelled along with a charge as this not only leaves me behind with appointments but is also an inconvenience to the next customer.

I will be celebrating Daisyhill Dogs 2nd birthday this December🎂

❌Fully booked❌

I am now fully booked for the remainder of June and appointments are filling up for the month of July☺️

Can I please ask that everyone double checks their appointment times as I have unfortunately had a few no shows, a £15 charge will be added on to your next groom and if this is not paid no further bookings will be accepted. This also applies for cancellations, all appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before as this gives me a chance to fill the appointment slot🐶
