Water: The Forgotten Nutrient
Water provision and intake are often overlooked. 💦💦
Water constitutes around 87% of milk and is therefore a crucial element in driving milk production.
An adequate supply of clean, fresh water will promote:
· Healthy rumen function
· Higher feed intakes
· Digestion
· Nutrient absorption

To date, we have 60 dairy farmers using it on their cubicles instead of sawdust and is currently available throughout Northern Ireland in bulk, directly through White's Oats.

White's Oats, who are part of the Fane Valley Group are now supplying a co-product from our Oat Milling Process. It's produced locally, with an all-year-round supply, meaning it's very sustainable. This is a cost effective alternative to sawdust or wood shavings for livestock bedding.

✅ It's Kiln Dried down to 8% moisture and is highly absorbent.
✅ It's hammermilled, making it very soft and non-abrasive.

To date, we have 60 dairy farmers using it on their cubicles instead of sawdust. Currently it's available throughout Northern Ireland in bulk, directly through White's Oats
