Extra cuddles and treats for Winnie today because she sadly lost her doggy sister at the weekend 💔

Especially gutted to say goodbye to another dog so soon after Fig, but I've been doing this job a long time now and a lot of the dogs are getting older 🥺 (so am I 😬)

It's always the worst part of working with, loving or owning animals. They just don't live long enough.

Lola was one of those happy, easy going, take anywhere dogs. She loved life, took everything in her stride and was always smiling.

She's already very much missed 😥

Happy mothers day to anyone who celebrates whether you care for children or pets.

We found a giant hole and no-one fell in so that was my parenting win for the week 😆

Just a reminder as well that I'm off next Monday

All my thoughts are with Fig's family this week as they let her go today, due to cancer 💔

The kindest, hardest, and bravest decision we ever have to make for our animals, and I know they are all devastated.

The family very kindly let me visit her yesterday to say goodbye, and I'm so grateful and honoured that I had the chance to take her for one last little walk to enjoy the sunshine.

I've known Fig from being a tiny puppy, and we've had hundreds of walks in that time. Both of my kids have known her for their whole lives too, and we're going to really miss her. 🌈

Just a post to say I'll be taking a day off on Monday 7th April.

I will send out another reminder to those affected nearer the time, just wanted to give people some notice incase anyone needs to make other arrangements.

Easter holidays are creeping up so a good time to start getting any cat/rabbit/guinea pig visit dates booked in as well. I am around Easter Bank Holidays 🐈🐇

Happy World Book Day!

Showing my age now but did anyone else read the Animal Ark books when they were young?

I used to love them. Have a feeling they might have been slightly responsible for my career path 😉

The kids favourites are mostly Dogman books which feels quite fitting too 🤣
